Please note that when booking with Subtle Touch Detailing, you agree that this is a legal document, and that you agreed to all the terms and conditions of this contract, when booking or agreeing to do business with this company, the terms are as follows:  Remove all personal items from vehicle before bringing it to be detailed- things with personal information, credit cards, debit cards, cell phones, chargers, money, rings, and other valuable things are to be removed from the car before bringing it. We are not responsible for anything left in the vehicle upon your return, or upon your arrival.  Please also know that if your car van truck, etc. is or has any prior conditions to the interior or exterior and you do not point them out to me for example, if a button is broken, a knob is loose, a scratch on the paint that you might not have notice was there, we will not be legally responsible for any prior conditions upon the car being left in my possession to detail. When you leave with the the vehicle please check and make sure your vehicle is in the condition it was in when you brought it, meaning all things are working properly. Absolutely anything with the vehicle itself if not pointed out to me will not be my responsibility once you leave with the vehicle and have not pointed out anything that may or may not have happened while the vehicle is in my position is also not our fault.  When you book with us, you are  agreeing to the terms and conditions of this customer agreement. This is to protect the company as well as you the customer. We trust you and want you to treasure our commitment.
